Our Mission
Women's bodies are incredible. Yet I spent years, in fact all the way up until my late 20s, not understanding mine. Being crippled by pain every month. Thinking I was unpredictable with energy, focus and motivation.
Then I learned something simple. It was not inconsistency. It was my natural rhythm.
Once I started planning with my cycle, I felt clearer. Calmer. Less frustrated. Less exhausted. And overtime, suffered from less pain.
I believe many of us have completely disassociated from our natural biology; instead of leaning into it, we are working against it - stressed out, tired and more chronically ill than ever. Nadi is my way of trying to change this, to help women to better understand themselves and their bodies, and to ultimately live happier and healthier lives.

Why It Matters
It is not just hormones. It is your emotional, physical and cognitive pattern.
For many women this shows up as guilt for not being the same every day, frustration when motivation suddenly drops, confusion over mood changes and overwhelm in the lead-up to their period. Often it results in pushing through burnout because there feels like there is no other option.
